It’s going to get hot and heavy on February 14, 2015 in the
Hudson Valley. More than a dozen wineries have some sort of Valentine’s Day
special event going on, ranging from wine tastings and food pairing, to
chocolate and wine extravaganzas to cupcakes!
From the southern part of the
valley to its northern most shores, there’s a wine tasting that’s tailored to
your taste! So let the lovin’ begin!
The biggest event is the Hudson Berkshire Beverage Trail’s
“Fall in Love on the Trail” tour on Saturday, February 14th!
For just $20, two people can do tastings at all of the Trail
member venues:

(Castleton, NY)
• Furnace Brook Winery (Richmond, MA)
• Harvest Spirits Distillery
(Valatie, NY)
• Hudson-Chatham Winery (Ghent, NY)
• Hudson Valley Distillers
(Germantown, NY)
• Tousey Winery (Germantown, NY)
The Hudson Berskshire Beverage Trail was just named one of
the top beverage trails in all of the USA by Paste magazine! Come see why.
Tickets can be purchased at each venue the day(s) of the event. All are open
Saturday and Sunday, 12 to 5 pm, so you can enjoy the Trail through the

Hudson-Chatham will be hosting the fine folks from Saratoga
Crackers along with local cheeses and chocolates in the tasting room on
Saturday the 14th. Lots to love!
Robibero Vineyards will also be featuring its Valentine’s
Day celebration Sweet & Sinful Revenge Cupcake & Wine Pairing featuring
Moxie Cup. Celebrate Valentine's Day and come discover the romance of pairing
wine with some of life's greatest pleasures. Sweet & Sinful Revenge Cupcake

Benmarl Winery's Local Cheeses, Chocolates and Wine Pairing,
is also scheduled for Saturday, Valentine’s Day Weekend. Tickets can be
purchased on their website or at the door.
Millbrook Vineyards has a Valentine's Day Wine &
Chocolate Tasting on that Saturday, 2/14. Explore the world of fine chocolate
with your host, master chocolatier Oliver Kita. Please note that tickets are
"Will Call," there are no physical tickets to the event, you will
only need to show your receipt to be admitted to the event.
Palaia Vineyards will also host a Wine & Chocolate
Tasting 1-6pm at their tasting room on Saturday February 14th.
Love and chocolate and wine seem to be in their air this
year!
