HUDSON VALLEY PRODUCERS SHINE IN NYC WINE EVENT

On Sunday, December 6th, 2009, City Winery hosted a wine tasting event. Featured were 39 New York state wineries, from as near as the city, Brooklyn, and Long Island, the the Hudson Valley, the Finger Lakes and Niagara and Lake Erie. And the Valley presence was strong.

Matt Specarelli was there from Benmarl, with Hudson Valley Wine Goddess's husband, Paul, filling in for the Valley Goddess herself. In fact, they are a dynamic duo.

David Jackson, the Sales Diector at Hudson-Chatham, with Laura Steaker, tasting room manager at Hudson-Chatahm were both working the room and the crowd.

Here's Paul pouring for Whitecliff.

And here's Ken Lifshitz from Silver Stream Winery.
It was a great event, and a good time.

Mr. HVWineGoddess is looking like he was having a mighty fine time.

I heard it was a great event and the Hudson Valley received some great exposure.
