Pazdar Winery Honored

Pazdar Winery recently entered several of its wines into competition for the first time and came home solid winners.

The Big E wine competition was open to all wineries in New York and New England, says David Pazdar. The winery was awarded a double gold medal for its Hot Sin, a gold for Summer's Ecstasy and a silver for Eden's Pleasure, a chocolate-banana dessert wine.

The competition was held June 2 at the Crown Plaza in Cromwell, Conn. In all, 155 wines from 26 wineries were entered.
